The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and ESRI invite you to attend a free, half-day seminar on Hazard U.S/Multi-Hazard (HAZUS-MH), a GIS-based modeling software developed by FEMA for estimating potential losses from earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes.

What is HAZUS-MH?
HAZUS-MH is a free, ArcGIS-based software program containing models for estimating potential losses from earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes. HAZUS-MH allows users to estimate damage to buildings, facilities, transportation systems, and utilities, and can help local, state, and federal government agencies prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural disasters.

The seminar will include a general overview and live demonstrations of the HAZUS-MH software.
