Registration fee for Participants will cover:

  • Attendance of all sessions
  • Proceedings in digital format
  • Book of abstracts
  • Lunches and refreshments during the Conference
  • Welcome reception
  • Half-day excursion
  • Conference banquet

Registration fee for Accompanying persons will cover:

  • Welcome reception
  • Half-day excursion

Payment

All payments will be done from the personal on-line registration page of a participant via Bank Transfer or Internet Payment.
For those who select the Internet payment, the registration session must end with the PayPal transaction. Major credit cards are accepted; you don't need a PayPal account.
In order to accomplish payment of the registration fee, a participant will be asked to use his/her login and password to enter the personal "Payment" section. Registration will be active since March.
Additional social events will be payable on site.

Cancellation

Cancellation received before July 1, 2011 will permit a refund with a deduction of 30% costs. If cancellation is received after July 1, 2011, the full conference fee will be charged. Balance will be refunded after the Conference. All cancellations or changes must be received by the Secretariat (enoc2011@uniroma1.it). Access to Proceedings will be provided to non-attending people after the Conference.
