ENOC Prizes

Two kinds of Prizes will be attributed at the end of ENOC 2011 by the EUROMECH Nonlinear Oscillations Conference Committee.

ENOC Young Scientist Prizes 2011

Two prizes, 250 euro each, will reward the best two presentations given during ENOC 2011 by young scientists (less than 35 years old) for which at least 3 years have elapsed after start of the PhD course and maximum 3 years have elapsed after its conclusion, at the time of the Conference. A maximum of three authors is allowed for the presentation to be rewarded. The applicant must be the presenting author of the contribution. In addition to the requirements for the ENOC 2011 Proceedings the prize recipients are invited to write a contribution with respect to their presentation to be published in the EUROMECH Newsletter.
Young contributors will have to declare their willingness to apply for these prizes when submitting the Brief Abstract on-line. Later on (before 15 January 2011), they should send an electronic mail to the ENOC 2011 Secretariat (enoc2011@uniroma1.it) by specifying their status with respect to the previous rules, the address, and the title (and number) of the paper.

ENOC Best Minisymposium Prize

Two prizes will reward the best Chairs/Organizers of a Minisymposium.
