Two kinds of Prizes will be attributed at the end of ENOC 2011 by the EUROMECH Nonlinear Oscillations Conference Committee.
Two prizes, 250 euro each, will reward the best two presentations given during ENOC
2011 by young scientists (less than 35 years old) for which at least 3 years have
elapsed after start of the PhD course and maximum 3 years have elapsed after its
conclusion, at the time of the Conference. A maximum of three authors is allowed
for the presentation to be rewarded.
The applicant must be the presenting author
of the contribution. In addition to the requirements for the ENOC 2011 Proceedings
the prize recipients are invited to write a contribution with respect to their presentation
to be published in the EUROMECH Newsletter.
Young contributors will have to declare
their willingness to apply for these prizes when submitting the Brief Abstract on-line.
Later on (before 15 January 2011), they should send an electronic mail to the ENOC
2011 Secretariat (enoc2011@uniroma1.it) by specifying their status with respect
to the previous rules, the address, and the title (and number) of the paper.
Two prizes will reward the best Chairs/Organizers of a Minisymposium.
