  All participants, including invited speakers, poster and oral presenters, session chairs, cochairs, auditors and Scientific Committee members must pay a registration fee. We are looking for "sponsors" to cut away the registration fee for some young scientists, if authors.

  Th registration must be done exclusively through the delegate Travel and Services agency. The main payment methods are accepted.

  If you need any information by the Meeting Committees (by Email) you can fill our web-form to request information, (not for registration).

  Unfortunately, starting from the 23th May up to the 30th May 2012, the registration fee has to be paid cash (only Euro) at the registration desk of the Meeting.

  Receipts of all payments will be furnished at the registration desk. This is an international meeting, if you need the "registration certification" useful to travel visas (or for Italian embassy in your country) ask on time the Organising Committee.

  As the aim of the meeting is to spread the competencies in multivariate analysis and chemometrics as well as the one of building links between researchers working on Cultural Heritage, Environmental and Chemometrics fields, a discounted fee is available for participants from developing countries.

  The U.N. web site maintains a list of these countries.

  According to us, all must be done for students and new university graduates to obtain the participation not only in the poster and listening sessions but also in the social dinner and in the main moments to permit socialisation.   Rome is one of the most beautiful places of the World, expensive of course, but not more then others.

  We are scientists and we like to use money for our researchers, so we maintained a price similar to the attendance fee of 2010. We also found two or three inexpensive but cleaned hotels and other two places for students. As stated above in order to reduce cost, also in this fourth edition, the authors of "Invited Presentation" unfortunately must pay the registration fee.

  ALL the participants and ALL the Authors of 2006, 2008 and 2010 editions can ask for a discount of 10% on the prices. We, of course, have a list of participants and no certification is necessary. We will maintain this discount for the next edition in 2014 (Ustica?). A 5% discount will be applied to authors/participants members of Associations/Companies sponsoring the Meeting.   Regarding the One-day registration formula; if the registration fee is relative to Monday, the welcome party is included as well as the prize party for registration relative to Tuesday. The one-day registration not include the "social dinner" but the participation is strongly suggested (it is available at an enough low price).

  To obtain the reduced fee the money must arrive in our bank account before the end of February 2012.

  Money coming from the support will be used for: 1) free registration for one student from LDC, 2) one night in Hotel free of charge for young scientists, 3) a repayment of the cost of the reduced fee for the young EU scientists registration, 4) buy prizes for young.

  About the "inexpensive course, chemometry for novices" it will be held from 23 to 26 May 2012, in the days before the Meeting, if we will reach 09 registrations. Information on the registration fee, rooms reservation and what's obtained are on the course page.

  We have encouraged the companions' participation by offering a special price for the participation at the social Meeting events (see details) and a discount on the hotel and services. The price for each accompanying person is 90.0~100.0 Euro.

  In our opinion, accompanying people are guests and (private) partners joining the registered people. They will receive a special badge admitting them into the registration area and the exhibition hall but NOT into the session rooms and coffee break room. They also will obtain a discount for lunch, overnight stay, dinner and for any other hotel services.

  We will found three prizes for the best poster/talk presentation reserved to young* first authors (magistralis graduates, under PhD study, new PhD, contract researcher). If we find some sponsors we will increase the number of the prizes.

  Also at present, it has been established one award for best over-all presentation of any section and presentation mode, one extraction among all participants and one extraction among all students of The Course. The prizes are listed here.

  The registration form with the attendance fee is available online. Please, download it (.doc, MSWord 97, ~98 KBytes), fill the open fields, save it and send it by e-mail to the Travel and Service Agency. As a replay you will receive, also by e-mail, the available payment methods.

  Note that a different form is foreseen for the hotel booking.

  The confirmation of the Meeting registration will be sent by email or faxed to you by the Agency. This involves the control of the payment that usually needs about a week to check the money transfer.

  Only the dedicated Travel and Service Agency can receive the payment. Please contact it for information on the payment methods.

  The registration will not be effective until we will receive the receipt of the payment and the written confirmation from the Service Agency.

  To submit your presentation you must register before. Refereeing of the presented long-abstract will start only after the registration. To be fair, all participants, each registered person can submit (as first author) only one paper for poster and one for oral presentation.

  The cancellation of the registration is possible only by Post Mail or Fax (please, contact the Travel and Service Agency to obtain the exact address and/or fax number), and it will subject to the following limitations:

1. no charge is required before the 31^st of March 2012, but bank re-transfer cost must be paid by the participant,
2. a charge of 15% is required between the 31^st of March and the 31^st of April, plus bank re-transfer cost,
3. cancellation is possible after 31 April but it will have to be justified and a "one day fee" will be applied plus bank re-transfer cost,
4. if you require a cancellation but we have already printed the "abstract book" with your article inside, some other costs will be charged to you, ask by Email.

  Safeguarding your and our privacy is our objective, but we suggest to read the following text before subscribing.

  Author presenting a poster or oral communication will be asked to supply a photography, affiliation and a short curriculum (for this web site). The authors MUST accomplish for the publication of the Long Abstract one year after the Meeting's end on this web site (please read other rules in Authors web page). The full text of any presentation will be inserted in the Meeting CD, Authors CAN request the non insertion.

  The aim of the meeting is to produce a list of participants and experts on Chemometry and Multivariate Analysis for Cultural Heritage (CMA4CH) to be published on this web site.

  Some panoramic view and group pictures will be taken during the Meeting. Some of these pictures will be then published on this web site (see 2006 edition here, the 2008 here, or the 2010 here). Addresses, e-mails and other information given by participants will NOT BE disclosed.

  The sponsors and exhibitors will only obtain curricula, photo and other "visible" information from this web site, unless you fill some paper forms during the Meeting!
