The copyright

All the pages refer to http://w3.uniroma1.it/cma4ch and subpages are protected by Copyright.

The documents, the drawings, the texts, the formulas, the available software presented in their collection and pagination (both obtained by the Internet or hand-made) are under Copyright.

Many images have been acquired by the Internet (and for this we thank all the sites that make them available and, where in demand, we quote the source), others have been produced by hand, all was retouched for a good readability and "ultracompressed" to decrease the transfer times. Background marble, very interesting to see, is obtained by textures archives site.

We identified a method to "show" the primogeniture of texts and pagination on case of unauthorised mirror or clone [but this is not the place to say that :-) ].

Freeware

Holding the document or software Copyright doesn't mean that it is freely available (see for instance the GNU GPL, General Public License from Free Software Foundation). In fact anyone can use a text, a drawing, a pagination, a software or the code here presented without payment (the so-called freeware) but we ask only a quotation of the source and/or a recall at our page. Is under study the application of the GNU FDL licence to these pages.

Freeware, you can use, copy, distribute in lists, insert in CDRom these pages without restrictions but always free of charge. Every form of payment is absolutely forbidden for the distribution of the files, of their copies and/or prints eventually obtained from these pages. It is also possible to use "ripping" or "stripping" software to copy the whole tree but it is necessary to make mention (quoting, reference) of the source of information and nothing must be modified in the structure and/or in the texts. Pay attention because stripping can not be accepted by main w3.uniroma1.it domain and contained subpages. Ask to the webmaster for clarification.

However, it can be possible that some next version of the software and/or of the documents presented here becomes shareware or commercial. In this case the previous versions will remain freeware.

For didactics

We cured for the best the design of the HTML code for these pages. We think that a site produced by teachers and formative structures, son of a great University, have to contain an easy HTML code so that students can print it, understand it and copy it and apply it to their studies.
